Welcome to our special Autumn Equinox Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga class, where we will celebrate the change in seasons with mindfulness, movement, and tranquility.
In this class, you'll experience a thoughtfully crafted sequence that emphasizes slow, flowing movements synchronized with your breath. Class will conclude with a cozy extended meditation combined with Reiki from Sarah to deepen your connection with Self during this time of transition. Plus, we'll fill the space with autumn-inspired aromatherapy to help you soak up the seasonal vibes. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or less familiar with the postures, modifications will be provided to ensure accessibility and comfort for everyone.
Class is 6:30pm-7:45pm, with doors opening at 6:00pm. From 6:00 to 6:30pm, enjoy complimentary chair massages and tea samples from Mirror Mirror Tea, a local, women-owned business. We look forward to sharing this special evening with you!

Our Approach
At Healing Roots, we believe in the foundations of yoga. Our classes are approachable and accessible to newcomers and seasoned yogis alike. Due to room size, our classes are limited to six students max. This makes our classes a lovely option if you are overwhelmed by the idea of being in a large classroom.
Yoga props, including yoga mats, are available at no cost. You must pre-register. Walk-ins will only be permitted if our roster is not full. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged a $20 cancellation fee. If a prepaid class is canceled in advance of the cancellation window, your payment will be retained as credit for a future class or service.
