Service Description

During this session, your therapist will act as a vessel as they guide healing energy into your body. This energy is also known as "prana" in yoga and "chi" in Chinese medicine. Clients generally leave feeling a sense of profound peace, joy, and lightness. Sessions begin with a conversation surrounding the areas you wish to bring healing energy. With your intentions in mind, your practitioner will facilitate a full reiki session (30-45 minutes of table time). Following the Reiki session, you and your practitioner will debrief on the session and use any remaining time to cultivate deeper healing which may include any of the following: intuitive guidance, affirmation setting, guided meditation, gentle bodywork, journaling and more. Especially recommended for: individuals experiencing acute distress or those who have begun a committed journey of inner healing.
