Owner, LMT, Reiki Practitioner, RYT
Sarah Sadaka
Sarah attributes her unique and therapeutic massage style to her early massage days working on Hilton Head Island, where she learned from seasoned therapists to treat the practice as something sacred.

Today, the International Spa Institute graduate owns and operates Healing Roots Massage & Wellness Center with the intention of creating a haven for others to experience relief from physical, mental, and emotional distress, as well as a renewed connection to one’s self.

Since starting her career as a holistic practitioner, Sarah has received certification in Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra, completed Myofascial Release training, and became certified in Reiki levels1 2 & 3. Sarah shapes her work in a way that addresses the whole self, and clients can expect thorough, meaningful work in a safe, intimate, and easeful space. Currently, Sarah is in the process of completing her Masters in Social Work at The University of Pittsburgh. Her intent is to provide direct practice therapy as a complement to Healing Roots' existing services.

Outside of Healing Roots - Sarah enjoys spending time in nature, practicing yoga, running, and writing poetry.

LMT, Reiki Certified
Auttumn Speh
Auttumn is honored to be at Healing Roots to act as a channel for mind, body & soul connection through the practices of therapeutic massage and reiki.

Her history of caring for others through touch, namely her father, inspired her to receive her education at the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy. Here, she received training in myofascial release, energy work, neuromuscular therapy, and Swedish massage. Her massage style is a manifestation of her intuition and creativity. She prioritizes the comfort of each client by understanding that everyone who stands before her has walked a different path and individualizes each session with gentle and diligent care.

Auttumn has spent a lot of time learning to trust her “gut feeling” and has practiced honing her skills through reiki. If you choose to receive a reiki session from her, she highly recommends bringing a journal to take notes after your session to take the reiki energy with you and integrate it with your own self-care practices.
Outside of Healing Roots, Auttumn can often be found creating art, enjoying a wide range of live music, or outside, finding quiet moments deep in the woods.

LMT
Julianna Warner
Julianna’s passion for wellness started in her teen years when she began practicing yoga and meditation. She found that meditation and breathing techniques allowed her to explore the depth of stillness and the power of centering. Yoga helped her live into the potential of her body’s range of motion, strength, and peace. Massage therapy, in its many forms has brought health, wellness, and self-care to an entirely new level for her.
Julianna graduated from the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy and continues to learn and grow with each massage she gives. Two of the most important tools she brings to each session are her curiosity and attention to detail. She constantly expands her knowledge and skill set to better and more creatively meet her clients’ needs. Julianna approaches each client with open curiosity and allows for continuous evaluation to guide the direction of each session. She pulls from a variety of modalities, including Swedish massage, neuromuscular therapy, and myofascial release. She has plans to attend a Thai massage training in June 2023.

Outside of work, Julianna enjoys playing guitar and banjo, traveling, practicing yoga and mindfulness, playing with her cat, hiking, reading, participating in her community, and learning new things about herself and the world
