Couple's Massage

At this time, we do not offer same-room couple's massages.

 

Alternative Options:

1. Schedule two massages at the same time with two different therapists in two separate rooms.

2. Schedule back-to-back appointments with the same therapist.

Online gift cards are available for purchase on our website through our booking page. Click here to purchase.

To Purchase Tangible Gift Cards

Tangible Gift Cards are available for purchase in the studio.

 

We are also happy to mail the gift card to you or your desired recipient. If you would like your gift card mailed, please get in touch with us via phone or email with your request. We will need the following information:

 

  1. Desired Gift Card amount

  2. First and last name, email address, and phone number of the purchaser

  3. Date needed by

  4. Mailing Address

  5. Payment (please provide over the phone)

Redeeming Gift Cards

To Redeem any Gift Card: Call or schedule online.  

 

Please type the Gift Card number or Online Gift Card redemption code in the notes section of your appointment if you book online. If booking over the phone, please provide this information to our staff. 

Cancellation Policy

Please give as much advance notice as possible when canceling so we can fill the appointment. You may cancel or reschedule any appointment with a minimum of 24 hours notice.  If notice for cancellation is given less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be assessed a nonrefundable, non-transferable cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the treatment. This fee will be charged to your most recently used credit card on file or your gift card. No-calls and no-shows will be charged the full cost of the treatment. Please email admin@healingroots.center for cancellation requests. Note: missed calls and voicemails are not recognized as cancelation requests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in our efforts to sustain a healthy business and desirable pay for our practitioners, who are still fully compensated for canceled or missed appointments. 

Refunds

We do not issue refunds. Any deposit paid in advance of a session that is canceled with more than 24 hours notice will be retained as a credit on your account which can be used toward a future session. 

Booking an Appointment for someone else

The easiest way to schedule an appointment for someone else is by calling us! If you prefer to schedule online, please take the following steps:

 

1) From our book online page, click "Sign In" if you already have an account. Click "Sign Up" to create a login

2) After you have an account, from the booking page, click "My Account" in the right-hand corner
2) Click "Family Members" on the left
3) Click "Add Family Member" in the right-hand corner
4) Add the person's information who you want to book an appointment for. When scheduling the desired service, you can indicate if the appointment is for you or the person you added. The individual must be added before you can schedule an appointment under their name. 
5) In the "Notes" section, indicate your name and that you have paid the deposit so we can ensure the deposit applies to the appointment. ​

Please Note: If the appointment is to be a surprise, use your phone number and email, so they do not receive any of our reminder emails or texts. This information can be changed once the surprise has passed.

New Clients

We ask new clients to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your appointment. This will give you time to get settled, fill out our intake form, and acclimate to the space. Arriving early will ensure you don't feel rushed and have a chance to relax before the start of the massage.

Gratutity

Effective September 1, 2023, our pricing is designed to provide our staff with a healthy wage without relying on our clients' gratuity. Our service prices reflect your total cost and you will not be asked to leave gratuity. 

Parking

We are now located on Walnut Street, where you can park with a metered payment. Additionally, neighborhood streets surrounding us have 2-hour free parking available. There is also a parking garage located on Belfonte Street. 

Length of Massage

We offer massage lengths of 30, 45, 60, 75, and 90 minutes.

 

  • 60 minutes is our most popular session length. This session is ideal for a full body massage with some focus work.

  • 30-minute massage is recommended for 1 to 2 target areas or a short relaxation massage in a focused area of the body. 

  • 45-minutes is recommended for focus work on a portion of the body, such as the head, neck, and shoulders.

  • 75-minutes is suitable for someone looking for a-full body session with thorough focus work in a particular area.

  • 90-minutes is ideal for either thorough focus work or multiple focus areas while also receiving a full body massage.

Treatment Frequency

After your initial session, our practitioners are available to offer insight and suggestions on an individual basis. We provide recommendations and treatment plans with consideration of your goals, current state of wellness, and what is feasible to you.

Prenatal Massage

At this time, we do not offer prenatal massage.

Accessibility

Our current location is not wheelchair accessible. Please reach us via phone or email for additional accessibility inquiries or requests. We are happy to provide accommodations to the best of our ability!
