Sarah’s clients have described her massage as “diligent”, “intuitive”, “nurturing” and “focused”. Through customized and compassionate work, she continues to helps her clients alleviate their physical pain and mental/emotional distress.
Sarah completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in Pittsburgh, PA. She went on to receive her massage education from The International Spa Institute in Blufton, SC. She was later attuned in Levels 1 & 2 Reiki under private instruction in Pittsburgh, PA. She completed her certification for Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra with Jennifer Reis in Boston, MA and began Myofascial Release training with John F. Barnes in Captiva, FL. Currently, she is honing her abilities as an energy worker under private instruction with Deborah Thackarh in Greensburgh, PA.
When she isn’t offering bodywork services, Sarah spends her time in nature, practicing yoga, running and writing poetry.
Ayurveda Health Counselor
Sydney has always felt the call to become a healer, and has a passion for helping others to realize their full human potential. She believes that many of the ailments that people face today are due to stress, overwork and poor digestive health. She uses the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda to help clients to come back into balance with their mind, body and spirit. By eating correct foods, and practicing positive lifestyle choices we can increase our vitality and lower our stress levels. Not only does Sydney help to balance the physical body but she also works directly with each individual’s Inner Element. We all have a uniqueness that we bring to this world. By working with Sydney she will help you to tap into your inner personal power. Once we are in alignment with our inner power we are able to live a life of passion and joy. Sydney went to Duquesne University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. After graduating she went on to further her education as an Ayurveda Health Counselor. She studied at the Ayurveda Academy of Wellness in Robinson, PA under Dr. Lina Thakar, BAMS. Sydney Decker is one of the first people to sit for and pass the National Ayurveda Medical Association exam. She is also a certified Ayurveda Bodywork Technician, and has studied the Clinical Art of Panchakarma.
Liz will put your body and mind at peace with her compassionate healing touch. Trained at the Crystal Mountain Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico, her massage has a unique southwest flavor and flows like the Rio Grande. Her technique is adaptive and customizable to suit your individual needs. Liz is trained in the Hawaiian massage style of Lomi Lomi and encourages you to read more about this unique modality on the “Services” page.
Liz is a woman who wears many hats and loves to keep busy. She has her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Chatham University and is currently working toward her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at IUP. While at Chatham, she was a member of an undergraduate psychology research group and plans to continue working as a graduate research assistant at IUP.
In her free time, Liz enjoys surrounding herself with friends and family—especially her niece who is the light of her life.
